Dr. Jackson T. Henning, DC, CCP
Owner and Head Chiropractor
Dr. Jackson T. Henning has been part of the Chapin community since 2020, when he joined Family Practice of Chiropractic as an associate chiropractor. After several years of caring for patients and becoming an established part of the practice, Dr. Henning officially took over as owner and head chiropractor in 2025. Today, he is proud to continue the practice’s tradition of providing personalized, high-quality chiropractic care to the community.
Dr. Henning began his healthcare journey in 2013 as a rehabilitation specialist at a clinic in Anderson, SC. He graduated from Anderson University with a focus in kinesiology before traveling to Illinois to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences.
With more than a decade of experience in health, rehabilitation, and chiropractic care, Dr. Henning brings a thoughtful and individualized approach to each patient he treats. His goal is to understand what is contributing to a patient’s concerns and help them improve their movement, function, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Henning and his wife, Faith, chose to plant their roots in Chapin and raise their family in the community they now call home. Both are actively involved in the practice, with Faith serving as office manager. Family Practice of Chiropractic was originally founded in 2003 by Dr. Jim Minico and his wife, Kim. Dr. Henning is proud to carry the practice forward while building on its longstanding presence in the Chapin community.

Faith Henning
Office Manager & Billing Services Specialist
Faith Henning helps keep Family Practice of Chiropractic running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience with our office.
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Faith was a Division I and Division II collegiate soccer player before graduating from Anderson University. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University in Illinois. Her background has given her extensive experience in communication and conflict resolution, which she brings to her role at the practice every day.
Faith and Dr. Henning first met while attending Anderson University. Today, they have built their life around raising their family, serving the Chapin community, and staying grounded in their faith at Crossroads Church.
At the office, Faith assists patients with questions, coordinates care, and helps navigate billing matters. She is passionate about making every interaction as helpful and positive as possible.
In Faith’s words:

Whether I am answering questions, coordinating care, or simply offering a friendly smile, I look forward to welcoming new and familiar faces into our office and getting to know more about your story.”
Outside the office, Faith enjoys playing soccer, going on long runs, playing pickleball, and keeping up with the adventures of their two children.
Dalicia “Kay” Harley, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Dalicia “Kay” Harley is the licensed massage therapist at Family Practice of Chiropractic. Originally from North, SC, Kay served in the United States Army before beginning her career in massage therapy.
Kay provides customized massage therapy sessions based on the individual needs of each patient. Her approach focuses on helping improve mobility, reduce discomfort, relieve muscle tension, and support the body’s recovery.
She enjoys getting to know her patients and providing massage therapy that complements their overall health and wellness goals. She is also a strong believer in one of the simplest parts of taking care of yourself: staying hydrated.
Outside the office, Kay is a devoted mother to her daughter and enjoys road trips, shopping, and spending time with family.
Kasey Ness
Front Desk Administrator
As our Front Desk Administrator, Kasey Ness is often the first person to welcome you to Family Practice of Chiropractic and the last friendly face you see before heading home.
A Chapin local and mother of two, Kasey has a longstanding appreciation for chiropractic care. As a former licensed massage therapist, she previously worked alongside a chiropractic team in Greenville, helping provide care and relief to patients.
Today, Kasey brings that experience to the front desk, where she is dedicated to making each visit easy, welcoming, and organized. Whether you have a scheduling question, need help preparing for an appointment, or simply need to be pointed in the right direction, Kasey is happy to help.
When she is not keeping the front office running smoothly, Kasey enjoys a good cup of coffee and a good dad joke.
