Chiropractor in Chapin, SC
Family Practice of Chiropractic treats back pain, neck pain, whiplash, and everyday aches with a real evaluation first, not a standard adjustment handed to every patient who walks in. Dr. Jackson T. Henning offers non-invasive, drug-free care for the whole family, from newborns to grandparents, at our office in Chapin, SC.
Why Chiropractic Care Instead of Surgery or Pills
Chronic pain, whether it is sciatica, whiplash, hip pain, or a neck that will not loosen up, can take over daily life fast. Surgery often means a long recovery, and painkillers come with real risks of their own, including dependency. Chiropractic care offers a non-invasive, drug-free path to relief that treats the actual cause of your pain, not just the symptom sitting on top of it.

A Family Practice, Really
Family Practice of Chiropractic has been part of the Chapin community for more than two decades. Dr. Jim Minico and his wife, Kim, founded the practice in 2003 and built a strong foundation for chiropractic care in the community.
Dr. Jackson T. Henning, DC, CCP joined the practice as an associate chiropractor in 2020, where he spent the next several years caring for patients and becoming an established part of the practice. In 2025, he officially took over as owner and head chiropractor, continuing the practice’s long-standing commitment to personalized, patient-focused care. His wife, Faith, works alongside him as office manager, making “family practice” a fitting description of how the office operates, not just the name on the sign.
That individualized approach carries through every visit. Dr. Henning holds certifications in Chiropractic Pediatrics, Cupping Therapy, and Dry Needling Therapy, allowing him to offer a range of care options based on each patient’s needs. Massage therapy is also provided in-house by Dalicia “Kay” Harley, LMT, so patients can access multiple forms of care conveniently under one roof.

In most cases, yes. Family Practice of Chiropractic works with most major insurance plans, along with auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury claims. Our front desk verifies your specific benefits before treatment starts so you know your cost ahead of time.
Both are specialties Dr. Henning holds individual certifications in, not modalities added because the office had room for them. That means patients get access to techniques that, at many practices, would require a separate outside referral.
Get a Plan Built Around What Is Actually Going On
Pain does not always trace back to one simple cause, and it does not always need the same treatment every time. Family Practice of Chiropractic starts with a real evaluation, then builds your plan from there, whether that means an adjustment, a therapy like decompression or dry needling, or a combination of several.
